I am responsible for my happiness

Everyday seems so ordinary but not now. Guess what! I just learned something so good today and it really give a big impact in my life.

I got it from one of the online social groups where I belong to. It inspired me and made me know how to value more myself, my feelings and my life.

It says that “No one is responsible of your happiness but you.” Indeed being happy is not a responsibility of other people.

Remember, happiness is the main reason why we are doing the things that we want and we don’t want. Everybody wants to be happy but none of us wants to be sad. People are striving so hard to achieve happiness that we are dreaming of but sometimes life is so unfair. We can’t do nothing but to follow the protocol of what we call life.

According to someone, “In order to change we must be sick and tired of being sick and tired”. Hmmnn…interesting right? It seems so tricky but yes it’s true.

Relating it to our health aspect, we need to be physically fit in order to meet the satisfaction that we want.
